Sun Valley Teen Center to host April 7 Easter Egg Hunt Extravaganza

The Sun Valley Teen Center is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for the community on Saturday, April 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sun Valley Community Park. We have invited the Sun Valley community plus three Boys & Girls Club youth sites; Lois Allen, Sun Valley Elementary and Lemmon Valley, to celebrate the holiday. The hunt will be separated into three age categories; 0-4 years old, 5-8 years old and 9-12 years, with a prize for finding the golden egg in each category.

After the hunt, we will have games for the kids to play run by the teen center’s Keystone Club. We will also be showing the movie Hop at 11 a.m. for extra family fun. We are encouraging the community to bring a can of food to donate to the local food pantry. The Sun Valley General Improvement District is helping us by providing space in the park for the hunt, game prizes, and advertisement on their website and their road side bulletin board. For more information please contact the Sun Valley Teen Center at (775) 674-8484.
