Pine Middle School Assistance

As a result of the water line break that caused extensive flooding damage to Pine Middle School, Pine students will now return to school on January 25.

Parents of Pine Middle School students have the option of enrolling their students for free transportation, meals, and activities at the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows on East Ninth Street in Reno between Monday, January 11 through Friday, January 22. The program is optional, but registration is required. A bus will pick up and return enrolled Pine Middle School students each day at Miguel Ribera Park. The bus schedule is as follows:

Bus from Miguel Ribera Park departs at 8:00 a.m. to DWR Facility (2680 E. Ninth Street, Reno).

Bus from DWR Facility returns at 4:30 p.m. to Miguel Ribera Park (adjacent to Boys & Girls Club, Neil Road site).

Parents that do not pre-register their students prior to Jan. 11 can enroll that morning at the Boys & Girls Club, Neil Road site. For more information please contact Club membership at 331-KIDS (5437) or email.
