Before and After School Programs

Fall 2024 Before and After School Programs Registration is OPEN 

Kids and teens need somewhere to go for before and after-school programs – a safe, fun, and supportive place filled with enriching activities and an array of learning opportunities. The Club is that place. We offer before and after-school programs at our Clubhouses and select regional public schools in partnership with Humboldt County, Lincoln County, Lyon County, Nye County, Pershing County, Washoe County, and White Pine County School Districts.

• Before Program + After School Program $50/Week- and payments must be made for the entire month.

• Financial Assistance Available. Children’s Cabinet applications are available at the fronk desk of every Clubhouse. Families get a minimum of 20% just for completing the application.

FALL 2024 (AUGUST 19-DECEMBER 20) IMPORTANT INFO

As of August 19^th 2024, for after-school care, Club Members will start with academics at their school facility and then be transported to their local Clubhouse facility after an hour. Bus policy: If your child is on or in the bus line for safety reasons, they must be picked up from their clubhouse. Club Members will have the option of before-care at their local Clubhouse.

• Every child attending MUST have an ACTIVE 2024-2025 Annual Membership.
• Every child attending MUST be registered for the months they will be attending.  It is the parents/guardians responsibility to notify membership@bgctm.org if you will no longer be utilizing the program so that membership can unenroll your child and no future payments will come out of your account.

If you register between July 15-31, you will not be prompted to pay anything upon registration. If you select ‘Setup Payment Method’ at Check Out, your first payment will be automatically deducted from your account on August 5, 2024. If you register after August 1, you will be prompted to pay for the month and then setup a future payment arrangement for the future months.

When going through the registration process, what do the two different payment options mean?

Pay Future Due: You can pay for every month from August to December up front. You won’t need to make monthly payments if you choose this option, as you would already have paid it when you registered.

Set Up Payment Method: This allows you to add a card on file and then by the 5th of every month, your automatic payment for just that month will be deducted from your bank account.

VERY IMPORTANT – Once you have selected your payment option, please make sure to click ‘DONE’ in the upper right hand corner. This will then put your registration status into ‘Active’

PLEASE NOTE: Once you register for the fall session (August 19-December 20) and pay future due OR set your account on Auto Pay, you DO NOT need to register every month. The payment will automatically come out by the 5th of every month until December.

To register your child to become a Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows member, you must register them online at www.bgctm.org/join. From there, you must sign up your child for their site’s before & after school program, which is all completed online via MyClubHub.
