Specialty Summer Camps

Are you looking for exciting camps for special interest? Check out the Club’s array of summer specialty camps! These camps run in addition to and in conjunction with the traditional day camp program, so campers can enjoy their specialty camp and then rejoin the day camp program before or after their assigned specialty camp time. Specialty Camp fees include the weekly Day Camp fee of $50. Specialty Camps are only offered at select locations.

WEEK TWO: ROCKET SCIENCE CAMP

3, 2, 1, Blast Off with Rocket Science Camp this summer! This out-of-this-world camp explores physics, aerodynamics, drone flight and projectile launches. Campers will design, build, and launch their own model rockets. Houston, the countdown to launch has begun!

WEEK TWO: TENNIS CAMP

Partnering with Sierra Junior Tennis Association, campers will participate in a four-day tennis experience that covers a range of activities including games and fundamentals. While participating, campers will learn the core values of respect, teamwork, and accountability.

WEEK TWO: JUNIOR CHEFS

A tasty week of cooking, learning, and fun with new friends awaits! From preparing simple snacks to delicious appetizers, campers gain hands-on experience while developing creativity and kitchen skills. To end the week, Junior Chefs work in teams to create a final dish presented to a panel of Club judges.

WEEK TWO: THE ARTIST’S QUEST

Let’s get creative! The Artist’s Quest expands artistic skills through a variety of mediums. Campers explore different techniques and bring home unique pieces. This camp encourages imagination, skill development, and hands-on art projects, making it a perfect space for young artists to grow and create.

WEEK TWO: LEAD THROUGH NATURE

LEAD Through Nature offers an outdoor adventure where leadership growth takes center stage. Through hands-on activities, campers build confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Surrounded by nature, members develop resilience, integrity, and compassion while tackling challenges like ropes courses and group leadership. Every moment provides an opportunity to grow and connect with like-minded peers.

WEEK THREE: CHILL SKATE CAMP

A week-long, high-energy adventure for skaters of all levels! Whether beginners or experienced riders, campers receive expert instruction, plenty of practice, and opportunities to improve skills on ramps, rails, and other skatepark features. Focused on safety, fun, and growth, members build confidence, teamwork, and a love for skateboarding. In partnership with the CHILL Foundation, Skate Camp promises an unforgettable summer!

This epic camp will get us all ST(R)EAMED up to get outside and explore the great outdoors. We will be turning northern Nevada into the most interactive and exciting classroom. WEEK FIVE: DANCE CAMP

Feel the rhythm at Dance Camp! Campers learn self-confidence, make friends, build teamwork skills, and, most importantly, dance and have fun. Led by an instructor, members explore jazz, technique, leaps and turns, hip hop, choreography, and more. Throughout the week, campers work together to create dance routines, showcasing the skills they’ve learned.

WEEK FIVE: SECRET SPY CAMP

Learn how to send and receive secret messages, identify fingerprints, crack secret codes, and use optical illusions to create strange perceptions! Each day will focus on developing a new secret agent skill as you solve daily puzzles with fellow campers. Members will create their own invisible ink, write secret message codes, use mirrors to peek around corners, and navigate an obstacle course to reach the final objective!

Welcome to Farmily! This summer, kids 7 to 11 will dive into organic farming—planting, harvesting, and cooking fresh meals. It’s a summer of learning, creativity, and adventure that nurtures body, mind, and spirit!

They will also design two of their very own pinewood derby cars to be raced against each other on the final day, and get the chance to race with actual go-karts! Ready, Set, GO!
