Specialty Summer Camps

Are you looking for exciting camps for special interest? Check out the Club’s array of summer specialty camps! These camps run in addition to and in conjunction with the traditional day camp program, so campers can enjoy their specialty camp and then rejoin the day camp program before or after their assigned specialty camp time. Specialty Camp fees include the weekly Day Camp fee of $50. Specialty Camps are only offered at select locations.

WEEK ONE: GOLF CAMP (in partnership with First Tee of Northern Nevada)

Get ready FORE some fun! In partnership with First Tee of Northern Nevada, this camp is perfect for young golfers of all skill levels. Kids will learn the basics, practice their swing, and play fun games on the course while enjoying the outdoors, building confidence, and experiencing a hole-in-one kind of summer!

WEEK TWO: OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CAMP

Get ready for action, exploration, and fun! Campers hike trails, climb, explore forests, and tackle exciting challenges while learning real-world outdoor skills. From teamwork and problem-solving to navigation and nature discovery, every day is an adventure that builds confidence, curiosity, and a love for the outdoors.

WEEK TWO: TENNIS CAMP

Tennis Camp, in partnership with Sierra Junior Tennis Association, is a fun and active summer camp for kids ages 8–12. Campers learn tennis basics through games, drills, and friendly matches while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport. Perfect for beginners and growing players alike!

Join us for a fun and energetic Silver and Black Raiders Flag Football Camp! Young athletes will learn basic football skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship through age-appropriate drills and games in an encouraging environment. No experience needed—just bring your energy and excitement!

WEEK THREE: NEED 4 SPEED CAMP

This hands-on summer camp invites kids to design, build, and race their own pinewood derby cars while learning the power of teamwork. Through friendly competition and creative challenges, kids build confidence, cooperation skills, and unforgettable summer memories.

Double day on Thursday, July 2nd. Camp will go from 9am-12pm, and again from 1pm-4pm.

WEEK FIVE: CAREER ADVENTURE CAMP

This camp is packed with real field trips, cool places, and awesome careers. One day, you might be meeting firefighters, the next you’re touring a candy factory. New places, new jobs, new adventures—every single day!

WEEK FIVE: JUNIOR CHEFS CAMP

Qualified instructors will teach basic techniques and skills. Members will spend the week learning a dance routine, which they'll perform for the entire club at the end of the week.

A hands-on specialty camp where young scientists dig into the ancient past. Alongside all the farming fun, campers will build social and emotional skills, engage in creative music sessions, practice self-love, and unwind with yoga.
